Inverted Cone Silos. In designing & supplying
various types of silos, viz. Raw meal Blending
Silos, Cement Silos, Clinker : Silos, Slag and Fly ash Silos in all designs like single
compartment, multi compartment Silos for Indian
as well as overseas clients. The Combi-Flow
Control Gate designed by is much more accurate,
reliable. With an input of analogue signal it
has a very good control with three
operating speed as well and has the
facility of closing down in case of power
failure.

| We offer complete equipment required for the silo system
including open and closed air slides, manual and
pneumatic cut-off-gates, flow control gates,
parallel distributor, adapter boxes, piping, bin
weighing/aeration systems, solid flow feeders/solid flow
meters, belt weigh scales, control panels etc.
We supply imported solid flow meters from M/S Sauk Valley System, USA which have been installed for
various applications in the Indian Cement industry.
The solid flow meters are installed for various
application i.e. Kiln feed, Coal feed, Ordinary
Portland Cement (OPC), mixing of Slag with OPC to
produce Portland Slag Cement (PSC) & mixing of
flyash with OPC to produce Pozzolona Portland Cement
(PPC). 35 systems are already in operation.
